Project Scope: Project consists of two buildings on one site; a 5 story 101,268 s.f. dormitory and a 3 story 67,726 s.f., student center. Work included all electrical, telecommunications with backbone and build-out of BDF and IDF rooms, and a generator. Site work included new duct banks for utilities including high voltage cabling and terminations.
