Project Scope: New 75,000 s.f., 3 story MOB. The project was bid as Core\shell with alternate for design\build of tenant buildout of 2 floors. For the design, we sat thru numerous meetings with different owner groups, conducted mock-ups of the exams rooms, and had to include all needs of the owner per these meetings. Final price after design came in under the Alternate D/B bid price.Additionally, we were awarded the full telecom system of the MOB as a design\build project directly with IU Health
