Project Scope: Project consists of (1) 9 story building and (1) 10 story building on each side of the existing football stadium (east/west) with some renovation within the stadium, totaling 700K s.f. Top 3 floors include club seating, suites, and press box for the stadium. Remaining floors are administrative and educational areas. Project was bid hard dollar but contracts were issued as GMP due to design deficiencies.Light fixtures and gear were removed out of our contract and purchased directly by the owner (~$9M).Project did not incorporate any design assist. It did utilize labor from another local, contained GMP format for construction, and is similar in size.
