The Dual brand Hyatt building will incorporate half the building for Hyatt Place and the other half for Hyatt House (which include a kitchen with each room). The project is a Design and Build project which involves a 15 story hotel and 7 story parking garage. The project started construction late Fall and is scheduled to be complete February of 2019.View Project

LECO started working at this facility about 10 years ago. We have performed anywhere from $500K-$750K hard contracts to T&M service work. Work included numerous test cells, conveyor systems, new equipment connections, telecommunication work, and lighting upgrades.
