Project Scope: Water treatment facility on the campus of new 618MW gasification power plant. Work included 15KV service work and all power and lighting for the facility, including fire alarm. Original estimate/contract started at $5M and after the full design was completed, the project ended at over $11M. LECO was not involved with any design assign and came under contract after core/shell design.This project was labor intensive and the workforce came from local 725, which covers Terre Haute and Bloomington.
